Job Responsibilities

  1. You will process and initiate KFK Recovery claims from Third Party Claimant Insurer/Takaful Operator (CI) upon full settlement of the third-party claims using the automated KFK Portal in Merimen system for the purpose of achieving maximum recovery collection, minimizing the provision of bad debts and reducing impairment.
  2. You will process mandate and payment of KFK Reimbursement claims to Third Party Handling Insurer/Takaful Operator (HI) upon receiving their notification and Debit Notes within the stipulated time frame using automated KFK Portal in Merimen system.
  3. You wlll leverage data analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement and support data-driven decision-making across projects.
  4. You will need to implement various work tools to improve existing dashboards, conduct indepth analysis that would also minimize shorter turnaround time, etc.

Job Requirements

  1. You will need to possess a bachelor's degree in data science, actuarial science or any related disciplines.
  2. You must have at least 2 - 3 years of working experience as a data analyst or claims analyst.
  3. You must have strong communication, interpersonal & analytical skills while demonstrating a good balance of working a team and independently to enable further success in this role
  4. Having strong proficiency with SQL & Python will enable further success in this role, etc.
