Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Claims Process Analyst to support our PACS Operations team in Kuala Lumpur. This role focuses on personal accident, inpatient, outpatient, and life insurance claims, ensuring smooth day-to-day (BAU) operations and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, process, and assess personal accident, inpatient, outpatient, and life claims.
- Validate and adjudicate claims accurately in line with company policies and guidelines.
- Support the BAU backfill function, ensuring operations continue smoothly.
- Work closely with Underwriting, Policy Servicing, and Finance teams for clarifications.
- Monitor turnaround times (TATs), highlight risks of delay, and implement fixes.
- Contribute to process improvement projects for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records and support reporting/audit requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7–8 years in insurance claims (personal accident, inpatient, outpatient, life).
- Strong knowledge of policy terms, exclusions, and adjudication processes.
- Excellent analytical skills; able to spot inconsistencies in claims.
- Strong communication skills; able to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Independent, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel a must); experience with claims systems preferred.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written).

Pay: RM5, RM8,500.00 per month
