**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist in new product or transferring of product manufacturing and packaging by helping with packaging design, sourcing of potential manufacturers, performance testing, developing cost models based on bids from vendors, and coordinating all aspects of product manufacturing through the completion of initial production and subsequent production as needed.
- Identify, source, and help qualify new packaging concepts, components, and contract manufacturers.
- Work with internal and external resources to resolve packaging and production challenges with new and existing products.
- Ensure that all components of assigned products are produced, assembled, shipped, and delivered according to the project timeline.
- Negotiate agreements with third-party manufacturing partners and suppliers that include competitive pricing, terms, conditions, and quality expectations.
- Analyze the demand forecast and sales trend to plan on stock reordering and maintain an optimum inventory level.
- Maintain the material specification in Optiva system to ensure products are manufactured to released specifications and maintain master data in SAP to ensure MRP accurately reflects true demand and gives buyers appropriate action messages.
- Perform other duties or ad hoc projects as assigned or needed.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Possess Degree and minimum 2 - 3 years of prior relevant experience in purchasing, supply and demand planning, inventory control, logistics, 3rd party manufacturer management or project management.
- The tasks assigned will require excellent communication and cooperation with Marketing, Regulatory Affair, Quality, R&D, regional/corporate supply chain and Third-party Manufacturing Partners (subcontract suppliers).
- Good understanding of product development with respect to marketing, technical, regulatory needs, and production. Experience with packaging development and design.
- Strong analytical, planning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate/advanced skill in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Good presentation skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
