Oversees and directs the development, planning, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes and operations for new or existing products and technologies.
- Establishes and/or implements business plans and technical project objectives to meet the short
- and long
- term goals of the production organization.
- Manages employees in various manufacturing or product assembly support departments.
- Works closely with quality groups to ensure strict compliance with good manufacturing practices guidelines.
- Prepares documentation, reports and standard operating procedures.
- May manage the new product introduction (NPI) process, including prototype build and ramping of the new product to volume production.
- Accountable for key metrics, which may include revenue, customer satisfaction and quality goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent plus directly relevant experience.
- Typically, a minimum of 1-2 years experience formally or informally leading people, projects and/or programs for entry to this level.

**Additional Details**

This job has a full time weekly schedule.
