Explain the purpose behind tasks to the team. - Work within a cross-functional team to deliver project results - manages and takes responsibility for the forward momentum and successful completion of concurrent projects. - Identify potential issues, risks and obstacles and prepare contingency plans. - Have a broad knowledge of current formulating practices, PPG and competitor product portfolio. - Stay up to date with developments in coatings technology. - Interacts productively with external customers/suppliers to support business needs. - Participate in or leads continuous improvement activities within the Technical function and to support other internal functions, e.g. Production. - Is responsible for the implementation of all EHS activities within your team. - Set objectives, manage and review the performance of a small team.
