- **We seek a Mid-Level PMO Team Leader to spearhead our dynamic project management team and ensure seamless collaboration, strategic execution, and outstanding client satisfaction.**_

**As a PMO Team Leader, you will manage the day-to-day activities of our Project Management Office, work closely with stakeholders, and drive excellence in project delivery. We offer a salary based on experience and qualifications, with an annual salary range of RM66,000.00 to RM78,000.00.**

Key Responsibilities:

- **Lead and inspire the PMO team**, ensuring projects align with company standards and client expectations.
- **Manage a team with 3 to 6 years of experience and oversee the successful delivery of a minimum of 10 projects simultaneously.**:

- Develop and communicate clear goals, tasks, and milestones for team members.
- Monitor project progress, resolve roadblocks, and communicate transparently with clients and internal teams.
- **Update and manage critical tools like the Sales Tracker 2025 and STOP Tactica**l.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and timely payments.
- Coordinate documentation, such as SOPs, workflows, and progress updates, to support project efficiency.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- **Leverage expertise in JIRA** to track, manage, and optimize workflows and project performance.
- Build a creative, innovative workspace that motivates team members and ensures productivity.

What You’ll Need:

- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, support, and inspire a team.
- Project Management Expertise: PMP/PRINCE II certification is a bonus
- Experience**:Up to 6 years managing teams and successfully leading a minimum of 10 projects.**:

- Technical Proficiency**:Expert-level knowledge of JIRA** for project management and tracking.
- Excellent Communication: Superb interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Client-Focused: Strong relationship-building skills with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Problem Solver: Able to resolve issues efficiently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
