Job Summary:
On behalf of our client, BabyPian Legacy Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Admin. To provide administrative and sales support to the company, ensuring smooth operations of daily sales activities, while also representing the brand as a Live Host to engage with audiences and promote products/services through live streaming platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Administration
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documentation.
- Maintain customer database and update sales records.
- Support sales team with coordination of orders, delivery, and after-sales follow-up.
- Prepare sales reports and assist in monitoring sales performance.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, documentation, and correspondence.

2. Live Hosting & Content Engagement
- Act as company Live Host on social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to promote and demonstrate products/services.
- Engage with online audiences by answering questions, addressing feedback, and encouraging purchases during live sessions.
- Collaborate with marketing/creative team to plan scripts, talking points, and promotional campaigns for live sessions.
- Maintain a professional and energetic on-screen presence to enhance brand image.
- Track and report live session performance (viewer engagement, conversion, sales).

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
