Kami sedang mencari Sous Chef yang cekap dan berdedikasi untuk menyokong dapur kami di Rumah Hutan, Batang Kali, lokasi yang penuh kehijauan dan kedamaian

Kriteria:

- Berpengalaman dalam masakan Melayu
- Berpengalaman dalam penyediaan makanan dan operasi dapur harian
- Mampu menggantikan tugas Executive Chef dengan penuh keyakinan apabila diperlukan
- Kemahiran organisasi yang hebat untuk memastikan aliran kerja yang lancar.
- Berumur dari 18 sehingga 40 tahun
- Sihat tubuh badan

Tanggungjawab:

- Membantu Chef dalam menguruskan dapur dan operasi harian
- Menyelia pasukan dapur dan memastikan semua hidangan disediakan mengikut peawaian yang ditetapkan
- Memberi sokongan untuk mencipta suasana yang mesra dan efektif di dapur

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
