**POSITION TITLE**:Accounts Analyst

**WORK LOCATION**:The Vertical Bangsar South City, Jalan Kerinchi. 59200, Kuala Lumpur.

**WORKING DAYS**:Monday - Friday

**WORKING HOURS**:09:00AM - 06:00PM

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Assist in the posting of daily journal entries
- Help with preparation of the periodical financial reports and reconciliation of account receivables and payables, banks, bill payments or inventories
- Help with the forecasting and budgeting to manage expenses
- Document the processes and key controls used during the accounts process
- Report the findings and present them to the management
- Identify trends and variances from the data
- Deliver a unique recommendation to ensure cost and operational efficiency
- Compile a comprehensive report of results and recommendation to be submitted to management

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Fresh graduates / Intern seekers are encouraged to apply
- SPM / Diploma / Bachelor of Accounts or Finance, any relevant qualifications
- Strong written and oral communications skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proactive attitude to process improvement
- Awareness and ability to work within culturally diverse teams
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, think and work independently, problem-solve, work in teams, and focus on delivering assigned task
- Strong drive for performance and attention to details
- Strong familiarity with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to quickly learn industry-related regulations quickly and utilize information in written reports
- Comfort preparing and delivering reports to decision makers
