Oversee a group of stores and work with a respective downline to develop and implement short-term and long-term tactical plans in line with the company's strategies
- Regular monitoring of store sales and ensuring goals and expectations are achieved
- Lead, motivate, and empower staff to maximize customer satisfaction, and business results and ensure continuous business growth
- Responsible to ensure store visual layout and projection are in compliance with SOP, well organized and properly merchandised
- Analysis of the market to identify expansion opportunities within the area
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required

**Role Requirements**:

- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in retail operations management
- Great leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Resourceful, able to work independently and under pressure
- Self-motivated, with a positive attitude, and able to interact with all level of people and motivate others
- A team player with good problem-solving skills and possess high degree of integrity
- Possess own transport

Pay: RM4,200.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
