Location : Kempas, Johor Bahru

**Responsibilities**:
1. Administrative Support
- Prepare sales and leasing documents including SPA, tenancy agreements, booking forms, offer letters, invoices, and related paperwork.
- Maintain and update client databases, property listings, and marketing materials.
- Ensure all property-related documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.

2. Sales, Leasing & Payment Coordination
- Liaise with clients, agents, solicitors, and legal teams on SPA and tenancy matters.
- Coordinate property viewing schedules, contract signings, and handover processes.
- Track and follow up on leads, bookings, pending payments, and contract renewals.
- Monitor payment schedules and issue reminders for overdue accounts in coordination with the finance department.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and property brochures.

3. Customer Service
- Provide property details, pricing, availability, and process flow to potential clients.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain good relationships.

4. Reporting & Compliance
- Generate sales, leasing, payment, and occupancy reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, property laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Keep proper filing of SPA, tenancy agreements, and related legal documents for audit purposes.

5. General Support
- Coordinate with marketing for advertising and promotional activities.
- Manage office supplies related to the sales and leasing department.
- Support any ad hoc tasks assigned by the management.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in sales admin, preferably in the property / real estate industry.
- Knowledge of property transactions, SPA preparation, tenancy agreement procedures, and payment monitoring is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and property management software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team under mínimal supervision.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
