We are hiring for a leading industry based in Malaysia and are looking for a CNC Maintenance Specialist to join our team. If you are passionate about CNC machine maintenance and want to be a part of our story, we invite you to apply.

**Experience: 10 - 14 years**

**Requirements**:

- Diploma and above in any related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of working experience in 5-axis CNC machine operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Exposure to services, overhaul, and calibration will be an added advantage.
- Possess skills and knowledge in CAD/CAM, spindle system, high-speed linear motion system, cooling system, electrical control & power circuit system, servo control system, PLC system, and machine control software system.
- Good communication and knowledge sharing skills with the ability to develop and train engineers and technicians.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the establishment of a robust system covering the planning and execution of CNC machine maintenance.
- Maintain CNC machines in excellent condition and mitigate issues in the shortest possible time.
- Implement new and improve the current Condition Based Monitoring (CBM) or Predictive Maintenance (PdM) system for CNC machines.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for existing CNC machines and provide insights for the purchase of new CNC machines.
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians in troubleshooting various technical problems related to CNC machines, including identifying the root cause of issues.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate the competency development of CNC engineers and technicians.
