**Job Summary**
- To maintain the highest level of security, safety and customer service standards in accordance with the Company policies and procedures.
- Support the Security Manager in managing overall security and management of the mall, including external areas and access roads.
- Protect the company’s asset from theft, loss, damage and mischief.
- Assist Security Manager in directing all security staff in executing security operations according to standard procedures, emergency responses and operation of all surveillance and alarm systems.
- To ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of all surveillance and alarm systems.
- Responsible for the supervision and administration of the security personnel to ensure instructions are being enforced.
- Conduct internal investigation.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Report on any misconduct of security personnel for appropriate action to be taken.
- Responsible for the supervision and administration of the security personnel to ensure instruction are being enforced.
- Monitoring on promo setting up, dismantling and night works.
- Supervising and maintaining the operation of CCTV surveillance, fire alarm and door access control system.
- To conduct roll call and briefing during handing and taking over of guard duties.
- Assisting in or conducting in-house / internal investigation and inquiry on criminal cases, incidents and complaints reported.
- Respond to any emergencies and incidents.
- To assist in ensuring that all personnel are well versed with procedures on how to handle emergency, eventuality or incident and its immediate action drill and evacuation plan.
- Responsible to establish, manage and monitor standards, processes communications, training and systems to ensure all responsibilities associated with Health and Safety within local laws are comply.
- Ensure the daily operations of the car park department are attended to as instructed.
- Supervising outsourced security guards in conducting security patrols in assigned areas and report to Security Control Room of any situation of the ordinary, obstructions, suspicious characters, damages or out-of-order facilities or items for further actions.
- To carry out any other duties as directed from time to time by the superiors.
- To carry out mall social distancing measure according to the guidelines by Government Authorities.
- To carry out and monitor facemask sales as per finance requirement.
- To carry out daily checking of HIRARC checklist on “New Normal Operation Plan’.
- To carry out door to door inspection and dialogue with tenant.
- To checks and monitor for tenants opening businesses to ensure notifications are displayed at the entrance about the vaccination status of staff in the store and must also have a person at each store.
- Inspection of all DV stores that are fully open according to the latest SOP
- To conduct and monitor the covid-19 self-test to all tenant staff, vendors, contractors, service contractors and DV staff.

**Position Requirements**

**1. Qualifications**: Possess at least Secondary education level

**2. Experience**: Minimum with at least 2 years’ relevant experience in related field

**3. Skills / Competencies**:

- Willing to work on shift, weekend and public holidays
- Good communication skills and able to interact with customer

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
