**Responsibilities**:

- Developing, marketing, and implementing transfer pricing solutions, including formulating defense strategies for transfer pricing audits.
- Managing inter-company pricing for new and existing supply chains and provide strategic guidance regarding tax efficient supply chains.
- Developing and maintaining relationship with clients and Government Authorities (particularly the IRB and MOF).
- Providing support to the lead business partner to ensure effective and timely input to business initiatives and projects.
- Work closely with other members of the tax team on planning projects as appropriate

**Requirement**:

- A recognized university degree or a professional qualification in Economics / Accounting / Finance or a member of a recognized professional accounting / taxation body.
- Minimum of 4-5 years direct experience in Transfer Pricing.
- Must be analytical, self-motivated, organized, and able to multi-task and work independently
- Must be a team player to work in a robust team of multi-disciplinary professionals
- Must be able to assist in research to support projects and practice development works, presentations, and proposal development
- Must be able to communicate complex issues clearly in simple terms to non-experts who will often be communicating in a second language.
- Must possess professional tax skills (Qualified tax professional or equivalent), experienced and understands OECD, Malaysian transfer pricing guidelines and international tax principles.
- Good presentation, written and communication skills

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: Up to RM9,000.00 per month
