**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide an engaging, friendly shopping experience.
- Educate customers on vaping products, including devices, e-liquids, and accessories.
- Assist customers in selecting products that suit their needs and preferences.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently, processing transactions accurately.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure merchandise is well-stocked and displayed attractively.
- Stay informed about the latest vaping trends, products, and regulations.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Contribute to team sales goals and actively participate in store promotions and events.

**Requirements**:

- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Passion for vaping and knowledge of vaping products is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Must be 18 years or older (to comply with legal regulations).

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
