Custodian of confidential documents such as flour gristing, flour specification and customer’s specifications.
- Responsible for the overall Quality Control System in flour milling through the implementation of SOP in Quality Control Program and working closely with miller to produce flour meeting customer and management specification and expectation.
- Participate and involve actively in company’s continuous improvement projects (TQM) to improve the milling process in terms of flour quality and yield.
- Provide technical support to customer as per requirement from Sales and top management.
- To execute QC System such as administer daily quality reports, COA systems ,conduct quality trending analysis, authorize to release & hold materials, involve in audit and manage CAR
- Responsible for continuous improvement activities of flour quality
- Responsible for Quality Control Lab operation management.
- Responsible for QC team management of work performance, on the job training, work assignment and career development
- Responsible to maintain and enhance food safety activities and SOP
- Others task related to GMP & HACCP

**JOB SPECIFICATION**
- Minimum requirement Bachelor of Food Technology or Food Science or equivalent
- At least around 2-5 years supervisory experiences in lab operation
- Familiar with quality control system (optional).
- Skills needed: Knowledge in QMS, Food Safety Management, Quality Audit System, Sanitation etc
- Able to work with people of all level
- Basic knowledge of statistical methods used in analyzing data.
- Willing to work at Pulau Indah

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
