**General Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Directors in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar.
- Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery to meet customer expectations.
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment for bar staff.
- Contribute to achieving bar sales goals and revenue targets.
- Uphold all company policies and procedures, including liquor laws and safety regulations.

**Operational Duties**:

- Open and close the bar, setting up and breaking down equipment.
- Manage bar inventory, placing orders for supplies and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the bar area.
- Train and develop bar staff, providing on-the-job training and feedback.
- Monitor staff performance and address any issues promptly.
- Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

**Financial Duties**:

- Manage the bar cash register and reconcile cash at the end of the shift.
- Process customer payments and transactions effectively.
- Monitor bar sales and revenue, reporting back to the directors.
- Participate in budget planning and cost-control measures.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation related to bar operations.
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
- Liaise with other departments within the establishment.
- Stay informed about current trends and innovations in the bar industry.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement new drink menus and promotions.
- Manage special events and functions held at the bar.
- Prepare and serve drinks items.
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities for the bar.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a bar or customer service role.
- Strong knowledge of bartending skills and cocktail recipes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and supervisory skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Applicants must live around George Town, Penang area or have own transport for mobility.

**Benefit**:

- Salary starts with RM3,500-RM4000 basic salary (Based on years of experience).
- Benefits: EPF, SOSCO, 1.5x overtime privilege and 2x for overtime on off days.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
