**The Impact You’ll Make**

The Learning Coordinator is responsible for organizing and managing training programs, ensuring smooth execution and effective delivery. This role involves coordinating logistics, maintaining training schedules, and supporting the Learning and Development team in achieving organizational learning goals.

**What You’ll Do**
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Manage training logistics, including venue booking, materials preparation, and participant communication.
- Maintain and update training metrices, reports, calendars and records.
- Assist in the development and distribution of training materials.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs
- Support the Learning and Development team with administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure training needs are met.
- Continuously improve training processes and procedures.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 0 - 2+ years of experience in a training coordination or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
