**Position**: Precast Technical Manager

**Salary**: RM8,000 - RM12,000 per month

We are supporting our client in massive recruitment for new start-up project. They are a leading main contractor specializing in the construction of state-of-the-art data centers. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Precast Technical Manager to join our team in Nusajaya. **Responsibilities**:
As the Precast Technical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of precast concrete elements in the construction of our data center. Your key responsibilities will include:

- **Precast Design & Planning**: Oversee the design and planning of precast elements, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
- **Technical Expertise**: Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team, ensuring the successful implementation of precast components.
- **Quality Control**: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures for precast production and installation, ensuring high standards are met.
- **Coordination & Integration**: Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to integrate precast elements seamlessly into the overall project design and schedule.
- **Production Oversight**: Monitor the production process of precast components, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve technical issues related to precast elements, providing innovative solutions to ensure project continuity.
- **Material Management**: Oversee the procurement and management of materials required for precast production, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of all precast activities, including design changes, production schedules, and quality inspections, and provide regular reports to management.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor a team of engineers and supervisors involved in precast operations, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- **Compliance & Safety**: Ensure all precast activities comply with relevant safety regulations and standards, promoting a safe working environment.
- **Client Liaison**: Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding the technical aspects of precast elements, addressing any concerns and providing updates.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in precast technology, recommending and implementing improvements where applicable.
- **Additional Duties**: Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in precast concrete management, preferably in large-scale construction projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of precast concrete design, production, and installation processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in design and project management software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards.
