Individual output performance is part of the KPI. - Performs a variety of technical support duties in a manufacturing production or process environment including assembly, test, troubleshoot, repair, rework and support of manufacturing equipment and testers, technical support of one or more production processes, product test and troubleshooting, and technical analyses and problem-solving. - Assists in developing methods and procedures to control, modify or improve the manufacturing process, which may include cycle-time, yield, quality, safety and compliance of production and operations processes. - Performs tests or experiments to resolve production problems and improve processes. Summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems. - Involve in improvement activities such as Kaizen and CI project & 5S. - Responsible for production work station WIP & Inventory accuracy mgmt. to prevent line down - SAP movement and inventory count will be part of the responsible. - Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering or any equivalent. - 1-3 years working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. - Comply to ISO13485, FDA & ISO9K manufacturing requirement. - Good troubleshooting and analytical skills. - Able to work without supervision and team player. - Able to read and understand written procedures and instructions. - Require physical fit for standing operation of certain assembly. - Good working attitude and good attendance. - Agilent Technologies Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
