Manage with clients regarding the assignment of building spaces and then liaise with vendor and party involved Facilities Services to implement these assignments. Makes decisions and is responsible for all aspect of the moves to implement these assignments. Arrangements for any installations in new projects, renovations, and routine replacements. Identifies problems with facilities solutions, plan a strategy, and implements renovation projects to ensure that the client’s physical spaces support their business environment. Assists the Facilities Manager in providing overall facilities support and service to Client. Provides technical support in coordination facility services. Being the site person-in-charge in related to facilities management scope Relationship with landlord for facilities matter in related to the HSBC leased premises. Making sure all service requests raised by Client in the Facilities Helpdesk System, are closed by the expected timeline. Carry out visual inspection, walkabout, and facility condition assessment. Working on the rectification for unsafe condition and non-compliance findings. Designed and implemented a 52 week preventive maintenance schedule. Financial Management:
Sourcing for best and value-for-money quotations for the day-to-day maintenance expenses.
Vetting all Purchase Orders raised, vendors’ claims in related to the sites under custodial - job completion, purchase order accuracy and invoice supporting document completeness.
To request for multiple quotation, negotiation, purchase order request (POR) and compile delivery order (DO), invoices and purchase order (PO) for process to bill to the client.
To verify and approve/reject/cancel PO amount via finance online software under my limit.
Initiate cost saving/ sustainability effort.
