MFM is one of the major poultry integrators in poultry feeds, breeding, farming with a state-of-the-art processing facility across the poultry value chain. Designed to meet the domestic and international markets, the advanced facility will process up to 300,000 birds per day.

- Vehicle and Load Weighing: Ensure that vehicles are positioned correctly on the weighbridge for accurate measurement and record the weights appropriately.
- Weighing Operations: Ensuring that vehicles are accurately weighed and recorded in accordance with established procedures and within company acceptance tolerant (0.2%)
- Document Verification: Check for key details such as product information, quantities, delivery addresses, and any specific instructions and verifies the accuracy and completeness of delivery notes and invoices.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed records of weighing transactions, including vehicle details, load information, and weight measurements.
- Communication with Internal and External Parties: Communicate with internal departments, such as sales and warehouse, to coordinate and address any delivery-related inquiries.
- Compliance and Regulations: Weighbridge clerks adhere to legal and regulatory requirements related to weighing operations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on the weighbridge equipment, such as cleaning, calibration checks, or reporting equipment malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.
- Safety and Security: Weighbridge clerks enforce safety protocols and guidelines at the weighbridge facility to ensure the well-being of individuals and prevent accidents or incidents.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately enter weighing data into computer systems or databases and generate reports as required.
- Coordinating Deliveries: Coordinate with logistics personnel, drivers, and carriers to ensure the timely pickup and delivery of shipments.
- To perform other related duties or ad-hoc duties or assignment assigned by management from time to time.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia
- Basic Level of Computer literacy
- Availability and willingness to work overtime
- High attention to detail
