Diploma / Degree in quantity surveyingThose without academic qualification but with minimum experience in field can be considered. Fresh graduate encouraged to apply, on job training will be provided.Bill of Quantities (BQ) preparation. Estimating quantities, costs and time scales for material and labor.Estimation, costing and analysis of resources. Valuations are done every month.Prepare quotation progress claim, variation order & final account settlement.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages and ability to learn how to use specialist software.Experience at working both independently and in team oriented, collaborative environment is essential.Reviewing construction plan, and preparing requirement. Liaising with site manager, clients, contractors and subcontractors.Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment and other documents. Able to document the progress of a project by writing with project manager, team members and clients concerning the progress of a project.Regular communication with the client improves customer satisfaction and makes it possible for clients to evaluate a project’s progress.Ability to work as an individual as a flexible team player.
