**HR Assistant**
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with recruitment: screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct background checks.
- Check and verify employee attendance monthly for payroll preparation.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Support management of employee benefits and compensation packages.
- Address basic employee relation issues and assist in resolving conflicts.
- Provide support in counseling employees as needed.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist with employee separation processes.
- Manage workplace safety issues and complaints.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
