**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team with lead generation and follow-up.
- Help manage and maintain the CRM system.
- Prepare and organize sales presentations and materials.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.

**Marketing Support**:

- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Help create and curate content for social media platforms, newsletters, and blogs.
- Assist in the design and production of marketing materials.
- Analyze marketing data and prepare reports on campaign performance.

**On-Ground Event Assistance**:

- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Assist in setting up event spaces, including arranging booths, displays, and promotional materials.
- Help with on-site logistics, including registration, guest management, and ensuring smooth operation of the event.
- Engage with attendees, answer questions, and gather feedback to enhance future events.
- Collaborate with vendors, partners, and team members to ensure all aspects of the event are managed effectively

**Administrative Duties**:

- Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing teams.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and promotional activities.
- Assist with other tasks and projects as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales and marketing, with a desire to learn and grow.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in event planning or management is a plus.
- Willing to work in Damansara Intan, PJ

**By the end of the internship, the intern will have a well-rounded understanding of Sales & Marketing and the skills necessary to contribute meaningfully to future projects.**

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,200.00 per month
