Sales & Marketing Internship

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Duration: 4–6 Months

Department: Business Development

Are you a dynamic, ambitious student eager to explore the fast-paced world of sales and marketing? We're looking for enthusiastic interns to join our team and gain hands-on experience across four key pillars of business growth: Sales, Face-to-Face Marketing, Recruitment, and Management.

What You'll Be Involved In:

1 Sales Development

  • Learn and apply effective sales techniques to meet KPIs
  • Assist in developing sales pitches and presentations
  • Support the sales team in lead generation and client follow-ups

2 Face-to-Face Marketing

  • Represent the brand in direct marketing campaigns
  • Engage with customers in-person to build strong relationships
  • Help plan and execute on-ground promotions and events

3 Recruitment

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates
  • Support the HR team in onboarding new interns or team members
  • Learn the basics of building and managing a team culture

4 Team Management

  • Shadow team leaders and understand operational workflows
  • Get involved in team meetings, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Take ownership of small team projects with guidance

What We're Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Eagerness to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-moving environment
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for meeting people, networking, and taking initiative
