Job Overview:

As a Sales and Marketing Training Provider in Malaysia, you are responsible for offering training programs, courses, and workshops designed to enhance sales and marketing skills. Your role involves tailoring training solutions to meet the specific needs of clients within the Malaysian market.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Program Development:

  • Develop and customize training materials, including presentations, course materials, and digital resources, tailored to the Malaysian market.
  • Create training modules and programs that address the unique challenges and opportunities of sales and marketing in Malaysia.

Training Delivery:

  • Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to corporate clients, business professionals, and individuals in Malaysia. 
  • Utilize a variety of training methods, including in-person training, virtual sessions, webinars, and e-learning platforms, adapting to client preferences and technological capabilities.

Client Engagement:

  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and individuals seeking sales and marketing training services.
  • Collaborate with clients to assess their specific training needs and goals, offering customized solutions.

Content and Curriculum Management:

  • Regularly update and adapt training content to ensure its relevance and effectiveness within the Malaysian market.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and local best practices, integrating them into training programs.

Assessment and Evaluation:

  • Design and administer assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs provided in Malaysia.
  • Analyze data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and customize training to better serve the Malaysian audience.

Marketing and Sales:

  • Promote training services in Malaysia through marketing and sales efforts, working to attract new clients and expand the business.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to reach potential clients effectively.

Client Success:

  • Monitor and track the progress of clients who have undergone training, offering ongoing support and guidance.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and success in applying the skills learned through training.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Education).
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a background in training or coaching.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and proficiency in other local languages is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies specific to Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in training delivery methods and tools, including e-learning platforms.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Sales and marketing skills to promote and expand training services.
  • Knowledge of local business practices, regulations, and cultural considerations.
