**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee full set of accounts, including GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliation and work with third party accountant
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment processing
- Monitor and follow up on receivables and collections
- Handle staff claims, and expenses reimbursement
- Assist in cash flow management and budgeting
- Prepare documentation for internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (e.g., SST, income tax, withholding tax)
- Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, and company secretary
- Support the Head of Department in any ad hoc financial tasks or reporting

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance role
- Proficient in accounting software (we provide Niagawan)
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- High level of accuracy, responsibility, and integrity
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
