Develop and execute an integrated offline and digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and retention strategies, build brand awareness and customer engagement.
Responsible for branding, advertising, roadshows, company events and promotional collaterals for assigned markets.
Deliver key brand and product stories for execution across all internal and external channels.
- Analyze marketing data to identify actionable trends and opportunities increase marketing effectiveness.
Continually monitor and track performance of always on and campaign activities to inform and optimize future outcome.
- Have good knowledge of the eCommerce space, including competitive strategies, marketing strategies, consumer research, using the best practices and industrial trends.
- Strong focus on ROI analysis to develop strategic & tactical plans that can drive the expansion of online penetration and channel development.
- Evaluating and developing the marketing strategy and marketing plan.
- Provides short
- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
Collaborate with cross function team on key launches/commercial initiatives/product push.
Always remain in touch with the climate of digital and retail market and competitor activities in order to provide informed strategy periodically.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
