Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
- Managing PPC campaigns, monitoring reports, and ROI.
- Measuring the performance of campaigns through web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.).
- Managing and updating social media platforms.
- Keeping up-to-date with trends in social media.
- Creating innovative content.
- Increasing brand awareness and market share.
- Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, finance, and operation departments.
- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Managing the marketing department's staff.
- Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
- Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or a similar role.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content across multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Hootsuite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms and techniques.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience with social media management tools
- Knowledge of graphic design or video editing software
- Understanding of SEO and how it relates to social media marketing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay: RM1,700.10 - RM3,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Social media management: 4 years (preferred)
- Digital marketing: 4 years (preferred)
