Beauty Dental Consultant/ Coordinator

This is a key sales role within our prestigious clinic. You will be responsible for converting patient consultations into successful treatment plans by building trust, effectively communicating the value of our services, and guiding patients to a confident 'yes'. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Revenue Generation**:

- Proactively manage and convert leads by making timely outbound calls to all new inquiries (from web forms, social media, etc.) with the goal of booking them for a consultation.
- Drive sales for our aesthetic dental services, including aligners, veneers, and full smile makeovers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for accepted treatment plans.
- Convert warm leads and patient consultations into high-value cases through expert consultation and strategic follow-up.
- Present treatment plan investments and detailed financial options with the clear goal of achieving a high acceptance rate.
- Promote and explain financing options and payment packages to facilitate patient commitment.

**Aesthetic Consultation & Patient Education**:

- Conduct persuasive one-on-one consultations, identifying patient needs and aesthetic goals.
- Work with our dentists to understand the clinical aspects of the proposed treatment.
- Educate patients on the benefits and long-term value of their investment, using tools like digital smile designs and scanners to create a compelling vision.
- Professionally handle objections and answer questions to build patient confidence and overcome barriers to sale.

**Client Management & Coordination**:

- Manage the sales pipeline, from initial inquiry through to treatment acceptance.
- Ensure a seamless handover to the clinical team once a patient commits to a treatment plan.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and patient interactions in our management software. Follow up with potential patients who have not yet committed, nurturing the relationship towards a sale.
- ** Experience**:

- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a direct sales role, preferably in a high-end or consultative environment.
- ** A proven and verifiable track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets is essential.**
- ** Ideal Backgrounds**:

- A top-performing Treatment Coordinator or Sales Consultant from another dental or medical aesthetic clinic.
- A successful sales professional from the luxury retail, wellness, or high-end services industry.
- An exceptional Dental Assistant or Nurse with demonstrable sales talent and a history of driving practice revenue.
- ** Skills**:

- ** Communication**: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a strong advantage). Must be a confident, articulate, and persuasive communicator.
