Job Title: Football Coach

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Player Development:
Design and deliver age-appropriate training sessions to enhance players' technical, tactical, and physical abilities.

Provide constructive feedback and guidance to players to help them improve their skills.

Foster a positive and inclusive team atmosphere to promote player development and teamwork.

Training and Practice:
Plan and organize training sessions, ensuring a balance between skill development, fitness, and game understanding.

Implement drills and exercises that align with the academy's development philosophy.

Monitor and evaluate individual player progress during training and games.

Game Strategy:
Develop and implement game strategies based on the team's strengths and weaknesses.

Analyze opponents to identify opportunities for tactical advantage.

Instill a strong understanding of positional play and teamwork.

Communication:
Effectively communicate with players, parents, and fellow coaching staff.

Provide regular updates on player progress and team performance.

Conduct parent meetings to discuss player development and address any concerns.

Player Welfare:
Prioritize player safety and well-being during training and games.

Collaborate with medical staff to manage injuries and rehabilitation.

Promote a positive and respectful attitude among players on and off the field.

**Requirements**:
Qualifications:
Knowledge of current coaching methodologies and best practices.

Grassroots Cert / Sport Science certificate ~ advantage

**Experience**:
Proven experience coaching youth players at the grassroots level.

Demonstrated success in player development and team management.

**Skills**:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and planning abilities.

Passion for youth development and football education.

Characteristics:
Enthusiastic and motivational coaching style.

Ability to inspire and mentor young players.

Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive team culture.

Prior coaching experience is preferred but not required

How to Apply:

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM15.00 - RM30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 12 per week
