Job Responsibilities:

- Setting up detailed construction schedule and sequence based on approved Project Execution Plan;
- Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including labor, materials and equipment;
- Ensure all contractual obligations are met and manage all aspects of contract deliveries;
- Oversee quality assurance and quality control processes on-site to ensure project standards are met;
- Continuously monitor construction activities and promptly address daily site issues as they arise;
- Construction Material and Procurement Management;
- Conduct site meeting regularly and attend monthly progress and HSSE Committee meetings;
- Ensuring all HSSE activities according to the HSE and Security Management Plan are correctly implemented;
- Lead construction interfaces with multiple engineering disciplines and sub-contractors.

Job Requirements:

- At least eight (8) years experiences in project similar to scope of the works;
- Preferably registered with Board of Engineers Malaysia as a Graduate Engineer or Professional Engineer;
- Proven experiences in leading and integrating multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams;
- Familiar with Malaysia's JKR specification, Standard Code of Practice and Regulations;
- Familiar with local authorities and permitting requirements for commencement of works at site;
- Experience with SEB projects are added advantage;
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Malay and English language.

Pay: RM5,000.00 per month
