**About the role**

We are seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Executive/Graphic Designer/E-commerce Specialist to join the team at Abrand Food Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, a leading food manufacturing company based in Taman Teknologi Cheng, Melaka. This full-time position will play a key role in developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

**What you'll be doing**
- Developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising
- Managing the company's social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and paid advertising
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends
- Collaborating with the sales team to support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts
- Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Assisting with the development and maintenance of the company's marketing materials, such as brochures, product catalogs, and website content

**What we're looking for**
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Social Media or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience/fresh graduates in a marketing or digital marketing role, preferably within the food or consumer goods industry
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including social media, search engine optimization, and content marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
