**Responsibilities**:

- Aseptic Processing Specialist
- Job Responsibilities- Oversee the facilities of components, machines and spare parts for the fill machine.
- Work with manufacturing operations to ensure that appropriate environmental and aseptic procedures are in place, by thorough reviews of procedures against practice.
- Manage equipment system start-up and commissioning, including identifying needed automation changes.
- Support the planning and execution of start-up and validation by working in cross-functional teams.
- Develop and update written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to project assignments.
- Develop and update technical specifications (Design/Functional/System) related to project assignments.
- Supervise contractors and other personnel on project and activities.
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies.
- Provide support and guidance to team to meet daily work demands.
- Analyse and troubleshoot process problems so as to make continuous and permanent improvements.
- Ensure in compliance with company and industry standards.

Job Requirements- Degree/ Master in Electrical & Electronics/Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronic/ Industrial Engineering.
- Must have hand-on experience and knowledge of Tetra Pak or aseptic filling unit operations and equipment (A3 Flex, Compact Flex, TBA).
- Ability to read and understand a process and instrumentation diagram (PID) required.
- Proficient computer skills and be experienced using MS Office software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and MS Project.
- Ability to effectively lead/support Engineering projects, coordinate contractors, and drive results.
- Good interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively and efficiently in a team-based environment.
- Must be a self-starter, detail oriented and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
