To ensure production meet customers requirement in relations to volume, quality and delivery time frame. To ensure all SOP for production are follow by production worker or sub con worker. To prepare daily production report. To coach and provide training of the workers to attain highest standard of operations as well as lead, motivate and discipline the worker. To ensure check list are properly done accordance to SOP. To perform task assign by the management from time to time. Jawatan ini akan melalui 6 bulan "On the Job Training" untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan tugasan yang diberikan. Boleh bekerja didalam keadaan yang kawasan yang tidak berbumbung.
