**Social Media Management**:

- Create engaging content for clients' social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Manage day-to-day activities such as posting, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
- Monitor trends and analytics to optimize content performance.

**Event Management**:

- Contact venue providers to gather quotations for events, negotiating terms and securing suitable locations within budget constraints.
- Liaise with suppliers, providing event information and ensuring clear communication to align with event objectives and timelines.

**Coordination and Scheduling**:

- Schedule meetings, appointments, and events related to marketing activities.
- Coordinate logistics for marketing events and campaigns, including travel arrangements and accommodations.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials such as presentations, reports, and proposals.
- Maintain organized files and databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Act as a resource for colleagues, providing support and assistance with marketing-related challenges.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and implement effective marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Possess minimum education level, SPM
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in BM/English
