We are one of the online fashion store that specialises in digital marketing. In fact, we have a complete system in digital marketing which includes brand marketing, product marketing, and visual marketing. Not to mentioned we have 3 successful brands using the same system that proven works.

**Duties/Responsibilities**
- Advertisement: Implement Fb/Insta/Tiktok Ads strategies to increase followers, engagement, and overall brand visibility. Optimise the effectiveness of the advertising campaign to convert content into sales.
- Ads Analysis: Research and analyze social media trends, ad performance, and web visitor data to identify opportunities for improvement. Use data-driven insights (ROAS/Frequency/Cpm) to refine strategies, enhance audience targeting, and maximize ads performance. Prepare marketing reports monthly and annually.
- Social Media Marketing: Planning, structuring, arranging and executing engaging and innovative content ideas that resonate with our target audience. Collaborate with the creative team to create content calendars and ensure content aligns with brand messaging and objectives. It would be posted on various platform like Facebook, TikTok and Instagram.
- Storytelling: Create compelling narratives that captivate and inspire our audience. Whether through video, images, or written content.

**Required Skills/Abilities**
- Proven 1-2 years of experience in online advertisement
- Personal social media account with followers of 3k above/ very active in social media
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Delegate and supervise creative members as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
