**Responsibilities**:
HR Matters & Documentation:
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff welfare.
Prepare Invoices, Delivery Orders (DO), Quotations & Purchasing:
- Support the sales team by generating accurate documents for clients.
- Ensure timely submission and record-keeping.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and maintain company inventory.
- Ensure proper stock levels and organize inventory records.
Prepare Reports:
- Compile and submit reports on operational activities, sales, and company performance.
- Assist in financial or HR-related reporting.
Handle Company Events:
- Plan and coordinate company events, team-building activities, and other functions.
- Ensure smooth execution of company events.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative or HR roles (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SQL
- Strong communication skills in both English and Malay, **Proficiency in Chinese** will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
