**We are looking for an enthusiastic and young individual to join our team as a Product Research & Development Senior Executive.**

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Identify, evaluate, recommend, conceptualize, source, and develop new products to align with the company’s market needs.
- Conduct market analysis and consumer trend, customer preferences.
- Integrate design considerations and aesthetic factors into research tasks.
- Ensure products align with market expectations and trends.
- Manage timelines and deliverables for new product launches or other product initiatives.
- Responsible product packaging development, including specifications, design, labelling, and product claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure a smooth product launch and post-launch reviews.
- Collaborate with suppliers to define product requirements, negotiate business terms, and ensure consistent product quality, profitability, and supply continuity for the company’s benefit.
- Develop competitive and profitable product pricing strategies.
- Communicate with regulatory authority pertaining to product’s classification, ingredient checking or product-related issues.
- Conduct in-house and outstation product training to retail staffs.

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE**:

- Diploma in food science/nutrition, or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in product development, preferably in health food, or food industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, ensuring effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
