Key Responsibilities:
**Strategic Planning & Product Management**
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, annual business plans, and promotional campaigns for assigned products in the O&G or Orthopedic segment.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Monitor product performance (sales, market share, ROI) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs for new product launches or line extensions.

**KOL Engagement & Medical Collaboration**
- Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and clinical societies to strengthen product positioning and gather clinical insights.
- Support the development of scientific and educational content aligned with clinical guidelines and patient outcomes.
- Organize and participate in advisory boards, symposia, and scientific conferences.

**Sales & Training Support**
- Provide product training, sales tools, and marketing materials to field teams.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive field execution, manage objections, and monitor promotional effectiveness.
- Conduct field visits to understand customer needs and gather feedback.

**Compliance & Regulatory**
- Ensure all promotional and scientific materials are in full compliance with local regulatory and ethical standards.
- Work with regulatory and legal departments to gain approvals for marketing initiatives.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**
- Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and operations to ensure product availability and business continuity.
- Liaise with global or regional teams for alignment of brand strategies and sharing of best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Experience in the therapeutic area relevant to the Obstetric & Gynecology or Orthopedics is preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, brand management, or related roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, product lifecycle management, and market dynamics.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including regulatory, marketing, and sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities

**Budget Range**:
Total package:
Basic Salary (MYR5000-8000) based on experiences + Fixed Allowance (Car + Petrol + Phone) rm1400 + Incentive monthly (if hit sales target can get rm4000, otherwise will be rm1000- if hit 80% of the target)

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
