**HSE Lead**

Degree or equivalent and Preferably DOSH registered (GREEN Book / Card Holder).

Development and implementation of SHE procedures, plans, incentive programs, training programs

8years of experience

5 years in Similar capacity

Familiar with HSE codes, standards, procedures and regulations.

Shall be skilled in the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) 1994 and possess a certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from NIOSH (National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health) or equivalent professional qualification.

Skilled in incident reporting and the investigation process as per COMPANY requirements.

Possess process safety, Safety Assessment, HAZID, and HAZOP skill and experience.

Shall be responsible to lead and take charge of the HSE Team.

Shall be responsible for HSE compliance to CONTRACT.

Shall be responsible to lead Pre-mobilization Induction for crew.

Shall participate in COMPANY constructability review, HAZID / HAZOP review, IPOP, risk assessment and meetings.

Shall be responsible for Pre-Mobilization Inspection for vessel mobilization.

Shall be responsible to ensure personnel mob to offshore have fulfilled HSE mandatory training and medically fit.

Develop and ensure compliance with HSE procedures, plans, incentive programs and regulatory requirements.

Lead/ participate in incident investigation and follow up on close out (as when required).

Shall be responsible to conduct HSE campaign and Safety Stand down.

Shall ensure implementation and compliance to related HSE- related statutory and regulatory requirements.

Shall be fully responsible for the preparation, review and submission of the mandatory HSSE documents.

Shall implement and maintain the CONTRACTOR’s HSE MS.

Shall prepare, drive the implementation and monitoring of the HSE Plans and performance.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month
