**Purpose Statement**

Demonstrates commitment to the Quality Policy (patient safety and product quality) through their daily execution of sound quality practices and the maintenance of an effective quality system. Understands and complies with all the regulations governing the quality systems. Ensures their direct reports are aware of their commitment to patient safety and product quality, are current with their training requirements and that they understand and comply with all other regulations governing their work.

**Purpose**

To provide on going Facility Service support in order to facilitate a smooth operation of all facility outsourced services and general employee services.

**Responsibilities**
- Effective and efficient management of day to day activities.
- Monitoring of Facilities Contractors attendance and compliance to service agreement.
- Handling employee service request
- Coordinating employee satisfaction survey periodically and tabulate data.
- Familiarity with vendor contracts and to update scope of work from time to time.
- Familiarity with capturing minutes of the meeting.
- Knowledge on preparing presentation and report.
- Ensure all filing and documentation are well maintained.
- Familiarity with administrative role and support in documentation.
- Validation of Services and Process.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors or Master's Degree in any other related field.
- A proficient user of recruitment system with a deep knowledge of the external environment, market trends, competitors, labor market and general talent availability.
- Highly motivated, details oriented, self-directed with proactiveness, excellent organization skills, possess a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines and multitask in fast paced environment.
- Good communication.
- Encourage a culture of collaboration and work cohesively with team members and willing to support special projects or initiatives as needed.
- Able to leverage and work cohesively with team members.
