Duties
- Facilitate regular department team meetings and other ad hoc meetings as appropriate to ensure the effective utilization of time, quality decision making and a focus on the most important matters.
This includes, but not be limited to, the preparation of meeting materials and presentations and ensuring follow-up actions are documented and people are held accountable for those action items.
- Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the leadership team to facilitate efficient and timely decision making
- Handle administrative duties for GM including schedule meetings, travel bookings, expenses claims, transportation arrangement, etc
- Responsible for overseas visitors inbound travel logistics including hotel booking and transportation arrangement
- Coordinate and conduct plant tour to all visitors/customers
- Arrange and organize senior executives conference/meetings/events locally
- Involve in other special or ad hoc projects as required
Experience or skills required
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or applicable field
At least 5 years executive assistant or office manager in sizable organizations, MNC experience preferred
Excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and maintain relationships with all levels of employees as well as customer relationships through collaboration, respect, professionalism. Aptitude to work well under pressure and handle confidential information with integrity, honesty, discretion and professionalism. Mature, independent, attention to details, well organized and pleasant personality Effective communication in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
7. Knowledgeable of MS Office included Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
