Job Description:

1.Oversees, plans, direct, and coordinates activities to ensure the development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet the current and future needs of the company.

2.Manage and oversee the production, operation, and management pf the company and organize the implementation of the resolutions of the board of directors.

3.Manage the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing site to meet corporate goals on safety, production targets, plant efficiency, product quality, and product availability to meet customers' needs.

4.Lead and provide guidance in trouble-shooting and conduct root cause analysis in production, quality control, and maintenance, and spearhead action plans.

5.Foster an environment of continual improvement to achieve the company's business goal.

6.Monitor production output, production quality, production planning, material planning, and inventory control for finished goods and raw materials.

7.Further improve production yield, machine utilization, and all relevant production metrics for the site.

8.Establishes and implements the strategic direction of the company's engineering & operation development initiatives in meeting company revenue and profit margin.

9.Collaborates with the company's executive leadership to develop and meet organizational goals while supplying expertise and guidance on projects, operations, and systems.

10.To comply to all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedures, work instructions, policies, and guidelines provided by the company.

11.Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time

Job Requirement:

1.Over 10 years of comprehensive management experience in the manufacturing industry, including at least 3 years as the top leader of a factory with over 200 employees.

  1. Industry: Electronic EMS, medical devices, automotive parts, new energy PACK, etc. are preferred. Familiarity with SMT/ assembly/inspection processes is required.

  2. 0-1 factory construction: Have led at least one overseas factory from site selection to mass production, and be capable of providing data on completion, production capacity, and yield rate.

  3. Government Public Relations: Independently coordinated with institutions such as MIDA, DOSH, DOE, MITI, and customs, completing compliance procedures such as business licenses, environmental impact assessments, fire protection, and foreign employee quotas.

  4. Language: Fluent in Mandarin for business (monthly business reports to the headquarters are required), capable of presiding over customer audits in English, and able to read government documents in Malay.

  5. Cultural Integration: There are cases of "China-Malaysia" cross-cultural team management, which can strike a balance between efficiency-oriented and consultative culture.
