Qualifications and Requirements for Key Account Manager - Master of Engineering or Master of Industrial Engineering or comparable education with pronounced commercial understanding - Many years of relevant experience (at least 5 years) and good references in the management of comparable projects in equivalent companies - Wide knowledge in technical ultra-pure water and wastewater management - Comprehensive experience in leading own personnel and contracted staff - Fluency in English (spoken and written) Telephone availability: 24/7 In the context of the cross-site management the following services (among others) are to be performed - Coordination of the maintenance goals and quality characteristics of the technical ultrapure water management with the company goals of IFKM. The resulting measures to optimize maintenance strategies and service performance is to be in written form. - Development of strategies (e.g. maintenance strategy, energy consumption, preserving value, organization and personnel, economy, etc.) - Development of proposals/scenarios which serve IFKM as decision basis for planned modernization, conversion or renovation measures (no project planning or projection). Data about resource utilization, consumption and loading, as well as repair expenditure serve as basis for this. Updating and maintenance of cross-site service descriptions with regard to transparency, company-wide standardization and continuous optimization. - Creation of work and operating instructions, process instructions, process descriptions. - Planning, control and monitoring of costs, budgets and deadlines. - High-level order management, controlling of quotation submissions and financial reporting. - Standardization: unified cross-site inventory documentation and unified reporting. - Reporting for all contracted service areas, technical and economical, status quo, forecasts and recommendations - Quality management: quality assurance and inspection - Quality assurance at the locations / QM reporting with action plans - Action plans for quality problems. - Supporting cross-site projects and measures. - Change management: concept creation for necessary changes, implementation of changes to service performance. - Contact partner for IFKM - regular meeting with IFKM (operation of all service packages, engineering, controlling, purchasing, site manager). - Carrying out internal and external audits; supporting IFKM during audits. - Selection of plant managers based on IFKM requirements. - Establishment and enforcement of standardizing, disciplinary, quality-improving and other agreed measures uniformly at all locations.
