Job Description Summary: Job Description: 1. Support for Digital Upstream Projects and Rollouts- - Install necessary hardware and software to support project execution- Serve as a communication liaison between the Head Office IT team and local users to ensure smooth system adoption 2. Training and Assistance for End Users- - Assist users during the transition to the new system, including basic troubleshooting support 3. Post-Rollout Monitoring and Evaluation- - Prepare reports and provide feedback to the Head Office IT team regarding field issues and areas needing improvement 4. Support for Business Unit (BU) Process Champions- Assist BU Process Champions in executing business process changes, especially those involving IT systems- Provide technical support and training as needed to ensure successful process transformation 5. Post-Project Support- - Support duration is adjusted based on the type and complexity of each project Job Requirements: - Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field- At least 1-2 years of experience in IT support, system implementation, or a similar role- Proficient in hardware/software installation and basic troubleshooting- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with good problem-solving- Willing to be placed in all our operational areas (Kalimantan, Sumatera, etc) "Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person"
