**Employment Type**:Full Time - 5.0 days

**Working hours**:Wednesday to Sunday: 09:00AM to 6:00PM

**Responsibilities**:

- Attend to patients/ customers.
- Handling registration for patients.
- Scheduling appointments and following up.
- General billing and cashiering duties.
- Responsible for frontline counter duties - answering phone calls, attending to customers enquiries.
- General administrative duties, filing of patients’ records.
- Track all tests/investigations ordered for patients.
- Manage online enquires.
- Promote and maintain good patient relationships, ensure smooth delivery of quality service to patients.
- Maintain and assume overall responsibility of hygiene and cleanliness within the clinic
- Maintain inventory levels.
- To work with doctor to ensure smooth running of patient care and services.
- Assist doctor in adhoc admin duties.
- Training will be provided.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, able to multi-task, keen to learn on the job, able to learn new skills quickly.
- Excellent IT knowledge (fully computerised clinic practice).
- Meticulous, with strong intellect and analytical skills, a positive attitude to continous improvement.
- Pleasant personality, honest and responsible individual.
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential material reliably.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
