About Trust & Safety

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the team's day-to-day activities, including but not limited to scheduling, utilisation, certifications, and quality of training delivery to ensure that policies and processes are being applied accurately and consistently across in-house and partner teams
- Collaborate to define and drive quality standards and execute strategies to consistently maximize training impact and efficiency
- Manage the overall performance and operational aspects of the training team
- Develop our people through coaching around short and long-term goals; provide support around career planning and career growth for the people in our team
- Work with cross-functional partners across Trust & Safety to identify, formulate, and implement scaled training solutions
- Communicate with Trust & Safety department managers to provide information and clarification regarding training programs and other learning initiatives
- Recruit and retain top talent

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years of people management experience
- Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills, ability to plan, organize, motivate, and strategize for effective teamwork
- Proven Project/Program Management experience
- Proficiency in English is required, as it will be the working language

Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, including effective listening, presentation, intercultural collaboration, and providing feedback
- Knowledge and understanding of adult learning concepts and methods
