As they are continue to grow, they are seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Frontend & Backend Engineer** based in **Bandar Bukit Puchong, Malaysia.**

**Job Summary**

As a Frontend and Backend Developer, you will play a crucial role in our organization by designing, developing, and maintaining our construction management software system. You will collaborate with our cross-functional team of engineers, architects, and project managers to understand user requirements and translate them into efficient and user-friendly digital solutions.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement robust frontend and backend software solutions for our construction management system.
- Participate in the entire software development life cycle, including gathering requirements, designing, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Lead junior Frontend Developer to maximize frontend development throughput
- Collaborate closely with the UI/UX designers to ensure seamless integration of user interface and user experience components.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and software best practices.

- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of our construction management system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system inefficiencies or areas for enhancement.
- Support the project managers in delivering timely and high-quality software solutions by adhering to project timelines and meeting milestones.
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues by analyzing system logs and identifying root causes.

**Qualifications**
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of X years of experience in frontend and backend development, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
- 5+ years of hands-on development experience with React or Vue JS
- Knowledge of databases and proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and Agile/Scrum practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to effectively collaborate and present ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Salary**: RM60,000.00 - RM96,000.00 per year
